http://www.bloomberg.com/apps/news?pid=20601087&sid=aDLk0lPYaSa0&pos=1
Obama should just keep his mouth shut. We all know that there is no such thing as a free market. The banks just make demands and the administration just caves in to their demands. Its so obvious that Obama doesn't have the stomach for a battle with these guys. Free Markets is an intellectually bankrupt term used by the proponents of that school of thinking, and Obama just uses the term like it actually means something.

Another useless piece from the NY Times. Goodness! Can't they get someone who actually knows whats going on Wall Street and in financial services? They should just re brand the Times Business Section - Wall Street For Dummies. The biggest pay checks on Wall Street doesn't normally go to the Top Officers. Traders and deal makers have always made more then the CEO, like in the 80's in the case of Michael Milken and Larry Hillibrand of Salamon Brothers. But again, these guys at the NY Times weren't even born then so take it for what's worth. Also this has changed in recent years because the best traders and deal makers from the past or now in fact the CEO's!
